Problem: Gender identity is a huge struggle for many in the world today. 
While data reveals that there are 64 different terms to describe various genders today, many find themselves struggling with their identity and acceptance of their true selves. This identity crisis in the queer gender is a major reason for low self-esteem and lack of self- worth. 

Opportunity: We create a world where every person feels an equal sense of belonging and finds acceptance in being who they truly are. By leading this conversation at an organisation level, Khaitan gets seen as a place that drives a culture of inclusivity and speaks the language of the future.

Solution: Khaitan & Co., being a global multinational company has the power to influence and lead a conversation about gender equality and acceptance. And what better occasion to drive this agenda than “the Pride Month’. 
We built a multi layered conversation on all their social platforms, driving awareness, acceptance and create normalcy around the LGBTQ community. 
Their leadership team not only shunned discrimination but encouraged speaking up and promised complete acceptance and inclusivity at the workplace.
